Salsa is very popular genre of dance from the Caribbean with salsa music. Salsa is a partnered dance where the leader leads the follow-through a series of spins and turns patterns to music. Salsa dancers can also break apart during a dance to dance solo, known as “shines”.

The Dance Planet
The Dance Planet – Jaipur was founded by Yusuf Khan in 2014 as a one-room dance class in the city of Jaipur in Shastri Nagar, Rajasthan. Since that time, the dance class has evolved into one of the largest dance academies under one roof in Jaipur.
The Dance Academy offers Jaipur, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Break, Musical Theater, Creative Dance and Intro to Dance Classes for kids. We also have a state-of-the-art acrobatics room.
